• I'm a doctoral student in philosophy at the School of Mind and Brain at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

  • I carry out research in philosophy and the mind and brain sciences. My research has a strong focus on the scientific study of consciousness, epistemological and methodological issues in the empirically-anchored philosophy of mind, and on projects of naturalizing mental capacities.

  • In my doctoral studies, I discuss epistemic, scientific, and methodological challenges in the scientific study of consciousness.

  • Before I joined to the structured PhD program at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain to work on the DFG-funded project on "Extrospection. External Access to Higher Cognitive Processes", I did my B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree in Philosophy and Law, and my M.A. (Master of Arts) degree in philosophy at Bielefeld University.
